All of our wines are sealed with stelvins (screw-caps) and are made in very limited quantities. Depending on seasonal variations, we are aiming to produce 1-2 tonnes of the Eden Valley Riesling and around a tonne each of the Red wines (Bullfrog Flat Eden Valley Shiraz and Barossa Shiraz) annually. We strongly recommend decanting our wines and allowing them to breathe before drinking, as it seems to enhance the characteristics of each wine.
Additionally, drinking wine at the correct temperature is also important. We suggest our Rieslings be served at around 10 - 12 degrees and our Shiraz at about 12 -15 degrees. If wine is served too chilled, ie less than 4 - 5 degrees, this can have a detrimental affect on the flavours.

Our front labels each feature one of the little creatures that frequent
our home, and sometimes even the inside of our home, with the exception of
the Shiraz Cabernet which has an aboriginal design in honour of the name "Karra
